Smoking is a vile habit. I know, I used to smoke at least two packs of cigarettes a day.
Exit may be much of a chore, one that can sometimes seem impossible. But it need not be so hard if you only know the secret and follow my three simple steps.
There are many methods rely on available today. Most of them cost money, some of them cost a lot of money. But you still have to spend an arm and a leg to smoking, as long as you my fool-proof finish in three stepsPlan. The plan is not expensive, "nicotine patches or nicotine chewing gum". It does not involve expensive drugs. It is not an expensive therapy sessions. And it's not even involve hypnosis!
So without further ado, here are my three simple steps to quit smoking for good and free.
Step one: Complete the schedule time. Not only decide to quit, and then start it again, instead of doing some schedule time to it. Two weeks is ideal, but a week will work even if you do notfind two fixed week liberate. Try from work for this period. Try away from friends and family as much as possible. Are you planning something different this time. No dinner with friends, not work related, trips, nothing. You want as much time as possible, free time, that it is focused entirely on exit.
If you are from work for a week, do it! If nothing else, stop smoking on a Wednesday, and then take home from work on Thursday and Friday, you will have the weekend.The law of five days there (which is almost a week!).
Quitting is difficult. The less stress you have in others the time you get a better chance of making it through the whole thing have.
Step two: Replace cigarettes with something else, preferably a type of food. I Twizzlers. I suppose you could use pretzel rods, or the like. The thing is, you will keep cigarettes used all the time. They are used to put it on your lips. You need to draw one of a kindto replace the first week or two when you first try to quit, too.
Pick something that the general shape resembles a cigarette. I like Twizzlers because they are tough. The chewing of them gave me his mouth something to do, when I normally would be sucking on a cigarette. It really helps you control your desires and is a very important part of my special three-stage system.
Step three: This is the final step and the most important. Drink lots of water! The reason why many people do notended, is because the body has stored much nicotine contained therein. The blood in your! You must rinse out and the sooner you do this away, the more likely the desire.
I kept two jugs of water in the fridge and if I have a request, I poured water from one of the jars into a large thirty-two ounces McDonalds cup and drank it right then and there. In fact, you should not be out of the kitchen until you finish the glass.
Then I would top up the pitcherwith tap water and move to freeze them on the back of the refrigerator too. I would then move to the other pitcher, who was still with cold water, full to the front of the fridge when my next request made, usually about half an hour later to an hour.
You can imagine, I went through a lot of water, way! But it is a good way to flush your system very quickly and it gives you something else to think and do something else when a craving hits. Usually by the time I finishedthat massive glass of water I found that my desire was almost over!
These are my three steps to end free.
