Here is a way to sweet tea, is prepared for a bitunusual, but makes a very good sweet tea. Use three "family size" or 8 regular sized tea bags, or the equivalent amount of loose tea. Place the tea bags in cold water - bring about 2 ½ cups - and for cooking. That's right - make tea and everything. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes. You may need the heat so low that not boil the tea. When 2 minutes have passed, turn off the stove and let the tea for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare your tea pitcher.

# 1½ to 2 cups of sugar in a medium-good pitcher. Add about 2 cups of cold water. When the tea is finished steeping, remove the tea bags or tea leaves through a strainer to remove the tea. You can use a separate pot for this use. Once eager to pour the tea into the pot with the sugar and water, and stir vigorously to combine. You may have to add a little more water to get it right. Put the jar in the refrigerator until ready to serveTime.

A common way to prepare sweet tea is as follows. Place your tea (about the same amount as above) into an empty gallons size glass. Pour in about 3 cups of freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to steep for 8 to 10 minutes. Add sugar (same amount as above) giving to the hot tea and stir to dissolve. Add enough water to the amount of fluid that has already doubled in the pot. It's that time of year when you do not want anything that will heat your kitchen to do especially on the stove or a burner on the stove again! So, you know what that means. Everything possible will be prepared outside on the grill, and everyone will drink either tea or water SO - and love it.

We would let the sun tea to brew for about two hours, and then enjoy ice during dinner.
